Good day today... I did 3 hundred sit ups...I worked out to my Turbo Jam CD and I went to yoga. I had accupuncture done. Yes needles in my ears. Seeeeeee! Look closely at the ear.
I couldn't believe you did accupuncture and you didn't even cut up too bad! I'm so glad you invited me to yoga, because I would have paid money to see you get accupuncture done ha ha! Great Job KPC!
